Tokenised stocks (“Stock Tokens”)

A Stock Token provides economic exposure to an underlying asset. It is not necessarily ownership of the underlying share and may not provide shareholder or voting rights. Token prices can trade at a premium or discount to the underlying equity, liquidity can be limited, and issuer, smart-contract, bridge and oracle risks all apply.

Jurisdiction & eligibility

Tokenised equities are offered only in certain jurisdictions and are generally not available to U.S. persons. Displaying an asset here does not mean you are eligible to acquire it. You are responsible for compliance with the laws applicable to you.

On-chain trading

Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Swap quotes come from third-party liquidity providers; execution price may differ within your slippage tolerance, and failed transactions still consume gas. Always verify contract and spender addresses — Market Clouds displays them before every signature and only ever requests exact-amount approvals by default.

Self-custody

Market Clouds never asks for private keys, seed phrases or Robinhood account credentials. Anyone who does is attempting to defraud you.
